Who did you go to prom with?

Well, this is easy....we didn't have 'prom'.......I went to a girl's school and when we left school there were not even graduation ceremonies.We took our final exams - A Levels - and left at the end of the school year,to await the exam results some time in August, that then determined whether you would be able to go on to the college of your choice. I do remember some discussion about burning our berets( the hats we had to wear for our school uniform) on the last day....but I don't think it ever happened.
